The Shuttering Magnet (often called a Magnet Box) is the versatile workhorse of the precast concrete industry. Designed to secure side rails, wooden shutters, and steel profiles to casting tables, it replaces traditional bolting and welding methods, saving you time and protecting your equipment. Push-Button Activation This magnet features a convenient push-button activation system.

• To Lock: Simply press the button on top. The magnet engages with the steel table, clamping the formwork firmly in place.
• To Release: Use a lifting lever (release tool) to pull the button up, instantly deactivating the magnetic force for easy repositioning.

Robust Construction Encased in a sturdy, blackened steel housing, this magnet is built to withstand the harsh conditions of a concrete plant. The solid metal box protects the magnetic block from concrete splashes, impact, and dirt. Versatile Adapter System The top of the housing is equipped with two threaded bolts (typically M12 or M16). These allow you to attach various adapters, hold-down brackets, or clamping plates, making the magnet compatible with almost any type of side rail or shuttering profile. Key Benefits:

How to Use

1. Position: Place the shuttering profile (wood or steel) on the casting table.
2. Place Magnet: Position the Magnet Box against the formwork. If using an adapter, ensure it clamps the formwork securely.
3. Activate: Press the button down firmly by hand or with a rubber mallet. The magnet is now locked.
4. Pour: Proceed with the concrete pour and vibration.
5. Release: After curing, insert the release lever into the slot on the button and leverage it up.
6. Remove: Take the magnet off the table and clean any concrete residue from the bottom surface.
