Login →The Smart Solution for Fixing Anchor Channels
Installing cast-in anchor channels (ankerrails) on steel casting tables has never been easier. Our Anchor Channel Magnets are engineered to hold the channel firmly in place, eliminating the need for destructive welding or time-consuming drilling. Precision Fit & Hold The magnet is shaped to fit snugly inside the anchor channel profile. Once placed on the steel table, the powerful magnetic force clamps the channel down, ensuring it remains flush against the formwork. This prevents concrete slurry from seeping under the channel (which would block the channel opening) and guarantees the channel is perfectly straight and level in the finished concrete element. Efficiency & Protection By using magnets, you preserve the integrity of your expensive steel formwork tables. The magnets are easy to install and remove, significantly speeding up the production cycle compared to mechanical fixation methods. Key Benefits:- Zero Table Damage: No drilling, bolting, or welding required on your steel tables.
- Leak Prevention: Holds the channel tightly against the formwork to prevent slurry ingress.
- High Reusability: Durable construction allows for years of repeated use.
- Universal Compatibility: Available in various profiles to fit standard anchor channel sizes (e.g., 28/15, 38/17, 40/22, 50/30).
- Rubberized Options: Some models feature rubberized sides to provide extra grip and protect the magnet from corrosion.

How to Use
- Clean Surfaces: Ensure both the steel table and the inside of the anchor channel are clean.
- Insert: Place the magnets into the anchor channel at the required intervals (typically every 500mm - 1000mm, depending on channel length and stiffness).
- Position: Place the channel assembly onto the steel casting table. The magnets will instantly grip the table.
- Verify: Check the alignment and ensure the channel is sitting flush.
- Pour: Pour the concrete.
- Demold: Once cured, lift the concrete element. The magnets usually remain attached to the table or can be easily popped out of the channel for the next cycle.
