Gain Magnet (PU & Silicone Series)
Ensure precise placement of corrugated ducts and void tubes in your precast concrete elements with our Gain Magnets. Available in highly durable Polyurethane (PU) or ultra-flexible Silicone (RD), these stepped magnetic plugs offer massive pull forces (up to 190kg) to prevent tube shifting during concrete pouring—all without damaging your steel forms.

The Gain Magnet is specifically engineered for the precast concrete industry. Its purpose is to securely hold corrugated ducts, sheathing, or void tubes firmly against the steel formwork during the casting process. The stepped, conical top profile is designed to slide perfectly inside the duct, while the wider base creates a clean, chamfered recess in the concrete. Two Premium Material Options To suit different casting environments and demolding preferences, this series is available in two distinct materials:- Polyurethane (PU Series): Offers exceptional abrasion and tear resistance. This is the heavy-duty choice for high-frequency casting cycles where maximum durability and longevity are required.
- Silicone (RD Series): Provides superior flexibility and outstanding non-stick release properties. It ensures effortless demolding and leaves a pristine, smooth concrete finish around the recess.
- Zero Formwork Damage: No drilling or welding required; the magnetic grip preserves the life of your expensive steel tables.
- Accurate Positioning: Keeps ducts perfectly aligned and flush against the formwork.
- Leak-Proof: The flexible rubber/PU base creates a tight seal against the steel, preventing concrete slurry from entering the tube.
- Highly Reusable: Built to withstand hundreds of casting and demolding cycles.

Application Instructions
- Prep: Ensure the steel casting table is clean and free of concrete residue.
- Mounting: Place the Gain Magnet onto the steel table at the desired location. The integrated magnet will lock it down instantly.
- Attach Duct: Slide your corrugated duct (gaine) over the protruding top section of the former. It should fit snugly.
- Casting: Pour and vibrate the concrete. The seal prevents slurry ingress.
- Demolding: Once the concrete cures, lift the element. The Gain Magnet will typically remain on the steel table or can be easily pulled out of the duct due to its flexible material.
